I'm excited to show you how!  Introducing the..

Painting that Connects Beta Program

For people who are ready or are thinking about establishing an at-home painting practice, I am going to show you exactly how to take a break from what is going on around you, and process your thoughts and emotions in a fun and enjoyable way.

Can you relate to this?

I don't your exact backstory, I don't know exactly what stress in your life caused you to slow start feeling more and more disconnected.  But I do know that you're not ready to settle for a life where you are just going through the motions.

You're craving space, flow and a way to get out of your own head and process your thoughts and feelings in a way that allows you to breath and see clearly.

Life can be heavy but you deserve fulfillment and peace.

You spend so much time taking care of everyone else, shouldering the responsibility of taking care of everyone's needs but then when it comes to you... well I don't need to tell you how hard it is to give yourself what you need.

I get it.

I remember back in 2016, I didn't enjoy my life.  I had been working in a high-performance, stressful environment, care-taking for my sick mom at night and spending time with my kiddo, also at night, trying to keep all the balls in the air, feeling like they could crash down at any second.

I knew what I was doing was unsustainable, but honestly, I didn't know of any other way to do it at that point, and I really had no time or energy to figure it out.  I had a young child, husband and parents counting on me.

So I just continued, feeling hopeless that circumstances would ever change but also hoping that my external circumstances would change, because that to me was the only way I was going to be able to enjoy my life again.

I didn't realize at the time:

  • the choices that I had
  • my value as I was relying on others to validate me
  • the cost I was incurring by not taking care of myself

because:

  • there was more to do than time in the day
  • other people had needs I needed to meet

so I kept de-prioritizing myself because I didn't see another option.

I had quit any creative outlet when kiddo was born, and I had no functional way to process what was going on and i wasn't taking time to do something I enjoyed.

It had become very clear that I needed to spend some time figuring things out, a more sustainable way of living, one where I had peace, felt connected to myself so I could be present and enjoy my life and be engaged in my relationships and find meaning in my work again.

So I started a journey of trying to figure it out, trying to understand how to build my life back up in a sustainable way.. a way that would help me weather the storms I didn't invite and yet showed up anyway - like cancer, death, job loss, etc.,  while also allowing me to be present playing soccer, baking or painting with my kiddo, having conversations with other people, and taking care of myself in a way that I feel good about who I am while having clarity about who I am meant to be and what I was made to do here on Earth.

And so, after a conversation with my mom, I bought a $10 watercolor set and started painting.  I started painting what I needed to paint, what I wanted to paint, what was important to me, what I was struggling with, what I needed to figure out and the vision for the future.

It was this painting practice that got me through my mother's death a year later, a stronger relationship with God, a more present relationship with my husband and son, into some pretty awesome conversations with friends, coworkers/boss and strangers about the important things in life, and learning to love myself with all my faults and appreciate my strengths at the same time.

And looking back at that time, and hearing feedback from people as I tell my story, I have had the realization that....

My painting practice was what was missing in my life and was the thing that helped me along this journey called life.

My painting practice helped me get perspective about the past and current situations, clarity about who I am and what I was meant to do and be, courage to take action regardless of what anybody else thought, and helped me find meaning in my life again.

And my painting practice has helped me develop my own art workshops that help people to go on their own journey based on some of the experiences that I've had that are customized to what they need to hear and know.

And I want that for you.

I want you to have an outlet that:

  • helps you to express yourself
  • helps you to process what is going on
  • is healthy for you and the people that matter the most to you
  • gives you the ability to up-level your work and personal life, and you showing up in both.

Because my vision is for people to be able to live their lives fully alive, no matter what they have been through, because they have come out the other side, and can now help others not as far along in their journey.

You were made to feel connected and live your life feeling truly alive.

You were made to create.

My promise to you

If you get accepted into the beta program, will cover:

  • How to establish your painting practice as a habit you'll want to do again and again
  • What painting medium fits you best in your current stage of life, when to try a different one, and how to apply painting to optimize your resources
  • How to choose or modify an existing space in which to paint successfully, and take your painting practice on the road
  • The Playlist Method to help create a peak experience and maximize your painting time for exponential impact
  • The Flow State Method for painting your way into flow to take a break from and enjoy your life
  • The Thought Painting Process Method for working through thoughts you have over and over that you can't seem to let go of, replacing them with new thoughts in alignment with what you believe or want to believe
  • The Emotional Painting Process Method for acknowledging, identifying and letting go of your emotions while painting so you process them deeper but in a more enjoyable way so you can let them go with ease
  • The Painting that Connects Framework so you'll know when to use what Painting Process, and in what order, to optimize your time and for maximum benefit

and you'll learn to establish a positive connection to processing your thoughts and emotions, and the skills to process them and let them go so you can become aware of new thoughts, feel new emotions, be present in your life, and connect to the people that matter the most, so you can live fully and enjoy your life.

The Good News

I have developed a program to help you find happiness, peace and connection based on what I have learned and implemented over the last 4 years in my painting practice.

It is called Painting that Connects and in it I walk you through the three core pillars:

  • Mindset, Habits and Logistics
  • Painting Supplies and Essential Practice Techniques
  • My Methodologies that create the Painting Flow Effect
so you can recapture that happiness and fulfillment you have been missing.

Like my art workshops, this program gives you the tools and methods to be able to apply the concepts to what you like, what resonates with you and what your current stage of life is like, so that you can create a painting practice that fits you... one that you find enjoyable and come back to again and again.

Why this Opportunity is Unique

This is the only time I plan on providing this opportunity and once refined, the price point will be higher.

I will share with you what I have learned over the past 4 years, what I have tried and has worked in multiple life stages (parent of young kid, now parent of elementary-age kid) and roles (working outside the home parent, caretaker, SAHM, working at home parent) over that time period.

Also, the Beta Members will have the most interaction with me in this version of the course!

Working with Anna

“My favorite part of working with Anna is how respectful she is of each individual.  She provides and guides each of us with a great deal of God’s beauty and grace.

There is absolutely no pressure or feeling of competition at all.  She presents it all in a very informative, yet flowing manner….

Maybe the most accurate words I can use to describe working with Anna, would be ‘Easy, and Effortlessly’.

There is absolutely no pressure at all, her presence is extremely peaceful and the journey is very Positive and Rewarding.”

- Rhonda, 3 Workshop Attendee

“I want to make sure you are aware how much we have appreciated the passion Anna has brought to the two projects she has been involved with…

The energy she brings is obvious, but she was also willing to listen, learn”

- Client

Questions and Answers

1. What if I don't have a lot of time in my life for a painting practice?

In my experience, I have painted for as little as 5 minutes and gained benefit from it.  I have found that if I paint I have more time and energy to do other things that still need to get done. As long as you can prioritize your time to complete the course materials (the live events with planner/workbook) and allocate painting for as little as:

  • 15 minutes a day, three times a week OR

  • 45 minutes a week OR

  • 3-4 hours a month

you can benefit from this course.

2. What makes this opportunity a good match for you?

If you approach the program and painting with an open mind to trying new things to get new results, you want to live fully alive, and you want to recapture or have more happiness, peace and connection, then this program is for you.

If you want to focus on what is going wrong in your life without gaining perspective and blame others for all of it or you don't want to invest time, money or energy in participating in the course and in practicing these painting methods, then this is opportunity is not a good match for you.

3. Who is this program designed for?

This program is designed for someone that wants to use painting as a tool to improve their life.
